Frequently Asked Questions
A plant medicine journey offers a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts and emotions you might avoid in everyday life. This experience can foster a deeper connection with yourself, helping you address a wide range of personal challenges. Plant medicine is known to enhance the brain’s neuroplasticity, making it an effective tool for breaking unhelpful thought patterns and adopting healthier behaviors. To maximize its benefits, we provide preparation and integration workshops that guide you through the process, ensuring a meaningful and transformative experience.
Ayahuasca, a sacred plant medicine used in indigenous traditions for thousands of years, has profound therapeutic and spiritual benefits. Since the 1950s, scientific research has explored its effects, consistently highlighting its positive impact on behavior, cognition, spirituality, and consciousness. Recent studies in neuroscience reveal its potential in enhancing brain function, addressing mood and mental health disorders, breaking addictive patterns, and fostering personal transformation. As research continues, Ayahuasca shows great promise in supporting emotional healing and personal growth.
Deciding to work with plant medicine involves two key considerations: your physical and mental health, and the timing in your life. If you are undergoing treatment or taking medications, it’s essential to consult your doctor beforehand. Regarding timing, trust your intuition. Ask yourself: Do you have the time and space to fully engage with this journey? Are you in a balanced and open state of mind to embrace the experience? Reflecting on these questions can help guide your decision.
Maximizing your plant medicine journey starts with thorough preparation. When you are well-prepared, both your experience and the lasting benefits are significantly enhanced. We provide comprehensive practical guidance on dietary recommendations to support your physical well-being. Additionally, our Preparation workshops offer meditative practices and breathwork techniques to help you achieve a peaceful and focused mindset. By engaging fully in these preparatory steps, you create the ideal foundation for a meaningful and transformative ceremony.
When used responsibly in a safe environment with trusted facilitators, plant medicines like Ayahuasca and San Pedro are considered safe. These natural substances interact with the serotonin receptors in the brain, promoting profound experiences. They are non-addictive, and there are no documented cases of overdose. However, it is important to approach these medicines with respect and care. We encourage you to conduct your own research, consult diverse sources, and make an informed decision before embarking on this journey.
Ayahuasca and San Pedro are legal to consume in countries like Ecuador and Peru, where their use is deeply rooted in cultural and spiritual traditions. However, in many other parts of the world, their legal status varies, with most countries yet to permit their use. Encouragingly, an increasing number of nations are considering legislation to make plant medicine therapies more accessible.
We prioritize personalized dosing to ensure your plant medicine experience is safe, meaningful, and tailored to your unique needs. Our Ayahuasca is prepared exclusively from vine and leaf, and our San Pedro from pure cactus—honoring ancestral traditions with no additives or compromises. Guided by skilled shamans, your journey will unfold at your own pace, with doses carefully adjusted to support your process. This approach allows for a deeply personal and respectful exploration of these sacred medicines.
Our plant medicines are 100% natural, unprocessed, and prepared with deep respect for ancestral traditions. Ayahuasca is made solely from vine and leaf, while San Pedro comes exclusively from cactus—free of additives or compromises. Under the guidance of skilled shamans, your experience will be personalized, safe, and unrushed, with doses tailored to your needs.
It is important to note:
Do not consume if you are under 21, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Avoid combining with alcohol, drugs, medications, or operating vehicles.
If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult your doctor beforehand.
These guidelines ensure a safe and transformative journey with plant medicine.

Mangku Sumerta
Read More
In Balinese culture, the title Mangku is given to a spiritual guide and healer who serves as a link between the human world and the divine. A Mangku is entrusted with the responsibility of not only performing religious rituals but also offering healing practices that restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
Sumerta’s journey into healing began in his childhood, when he was taught by his grandfather, a well-known healer in their village. His grandfather was skilled in the traditional methods of using sacred oils and herbs to treat various body disorders, including leg, waist, arm, finger, and toe pain, as well as the lasting effects of past accidents and bone surgeries. His grandfather’s teachings centered on the idea that healing is a spiritual practice, not just a physical one. Sumerta grew up assisting his grandfather in gathering herbs and learning the ancient techniques that had been passed down through generations.
Sumerta’s skills as a healer were further awakened by an extraordinary encounter with a mysterious man in Bali. One evening, while meditating near his temple, a stranger appeared and spoke words that would alter the course of Sumerta’s life: “You are a healer, Sumerta. If you are not a healer, you will become a massage man and a Mangku, and reach your full potential.” The stranger then handed him a vial of special oil, saying, “This is a gift from the spirits. It will unlock the true depth of your healing powers.”
After receiving this mysterious gift, Sumerta’s healing abilities became more refined. His touch could alleviate pain in those suffering from physical injuries, like broken bones or muscle strain, but it also restored harmony to the energy of the body, allowing the individual to heal both physically and spiritually. He applied the sacred oil during his treatments, believing it enhanced his connection to the divine forces that guided his hands.
Today, Mangku Sumerta is a respected figure in Bali’s local healing community. He specializes in treating chronic conditions related to past injuries, such as joint and bone pain from old accidents or surgeries. His approach integrates traditional Balinese healing methods with a strong spiritual practice, focusing on the energy flow within the body and using his deep knowledge of sacred herbs, oils, and rituals.
Patients come from near and far to seek his help, and he is often described as a compassionate and intuitive healer who listens deeply to his clients’ needs. Through his work, Mangku Sumerta continues the legacy of his grandfather, blending the wisdom of the past with his own unique gifts, and remaining a respected Mangku who serves both the physical and spiritual well-being of his community.
Kasna
Read More
His story begins in the lush hills of Bali, where his family has been known for generations for their mastery of traditional therapies passed down through time.
Kasna’s journey into the world of healing was not one of choice but of destiny, shaped by an extraordinary bond with his late grandfather.
One night, Kasna had a vivid dream—a dream that would change his life forever. In the dream, his grandfather appeared, standing in a misty forest, holding a bundle of herbs and spices in his weathered hands.
The old man spoke softly but firmly, “You are ready now, Kasna. The knowledge is within you. I will teach you the ways through your dreams.”From that moment, Kasna began receiving messages in his sleep, where his grandfather guided him, imparting the ancient recipes, healing techniques, and sacred knowledge that had been passed down through their bloodline for generations.
Through these dreams, Kasna learned to blend the herbs for Boreh, a healing paste made from 31 spices and plants, and the techniques for using energy to align the body’s chi. His grandfather’s spirit taught him to connect with the soul of each person he treated, to understand their pain, and to use both hands and heart to bring healing. Every detail of the sacred rituals, every method of massage, and every secret recipe was given to him in these dreams.
And so, Kasna continues to heal, not just with his hands, but with the wisdom passed down through generations. His work is not just a practice of physical restoration, but a sacred act that connects him to the spirits of his ancestors and the souls of those who come to him for healing.
Through his dreams and his daily work, Kasna keeps his family’s legacy alive, offering his gift of healing to all who seek it.
