3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required upon booking to secure your place. All payments are processed securely.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable.

5. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to attend the retreat. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional prior to booking.

6. Liability
Plant Teacher does not promote, sell, or provide medical advice on the use of plant medicine, including but not limited to ayahuasca or San Pedro. Participation in any activities or reliance on information provided is at your own discretion and risk. Plant Teacher shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use or interpretation of such information.

Plant Teacher is not liable for any injury, illness, emotional distress, or death that may occur during or after participation in our retreats. By attending, you acknowledge and accept that you participate at your own risk. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, you understand and agree that Plant Teacher, its employees, and affiliates cannot be held responsible for any personal harm, including death, that may occur due to participation in activities or unforeseen circumstances.
